Found two safety related items. Cut to the end inner tyre wall. Pot hole. Cut to the centre tread of fns tyre. Both replaced.

I was disappointed in how I was made to feel as though the fault of my car was due to the age of my car and the mistake I had made even though it was bought just over a year ago fromBMW as used and approved and I have never put windscreen wash in.

Watford always loses a Star as they don't clean the cars even though we pay the same as other centres like Borehamwood. Whilst I understand it's a council issue they could offer something else as goodwill.
