Sadly my wife needs constant care but the nurse didn't turn up. I asked a gentleman called Ankitt if he could help push the service through quickly for me. He did just that. He deserves a 10. And my thanks to him. Well done Group 1 Watford

Let my car there for full service 2 months ago, and told about the rear suspension was losing air, so they replaced the suspension, one month later both suspension lowered all the way down, went back and been told the compressor needs replacing, left

Good service. Although quoting £1,850 for a headlight I got repaired for £300 and quoting £400+ for a £225 tyre is disappointing.

Excellent experience. In the past, I've had really awful experiences with other BMW dealership, but this was spot on. I'm giving 4 stars since it was my first visit here. Hopefully they continue this level of service, and it'll be 5 stars next visit

1. Sales team told me diagnostics was free but later I learned that only first hour is free. 2. I don't have MOT certificate still - I was told I will have it by Monday. 3. Service details have not been added to my car.

I'm not happy with the service. They are not even cleaned inside the car. I understand that they have drainage issues but what is wrong in doing hoover inside the car. It's not a big thing but as a customer I would expect. Diagnosis was denied due to

BMW UK failed to inform me about the safety recall and so did the Watford service centre when I visited on 17 Apr 26. I might have to take legal action to recover my losses.

I find the experience at Group 1 Watford a disappointment compared to others.I have no issue with the quality but you don't return the car cleaned which all others competitors do ...poor standard for a premium Brand

Hannah & John went above & beyond! My car needed to stay overnight post MOT. With 2 young kids in car seats it was difficult get a taxi home & no hire car extension possible. So John drove me home! & Hannah arranged my car back to my home next day!

Overall, satisfied, but the work took a bit longer than I expected. Also, I wasn't advised on car pick up that the new MoT certificate was only available online at GOV.UK, so I was unsure about the Pass until I went online to check on my own.

I came in for a brake fluid check and they checked the tyres. In video mechanic points at some wear and tear on tyres and alloys but says everything is fine. Then I got the report and under amber was 2 new front tyres, and red 2 news wheels - £2600.

The centre was really efficient, and they managed to finish the work on the same day. They were also very kind, and sent a video of the car check. The check in process was very straightforward.
