This box really did not work! I wanted to say 'completely satisfied' but on my computer that did not seem possible!

Found two safety related items. Cut to the end inner tyre wall. Pot hole. Cut to the centre tread of fns tyre. Both replaced.

Very good and quick check for the safety recall (airbag) which took only 45 minutes. Great service.

Everything from online check-in to the service on the day was done with great efficiency and courtesy, the waiting area is nice with tea/coffee facilties, Ankit Patel facilitated my new car tyre fitting so I didn't have to wait long to receive my car

I was disappointed in how I was made to feel as though the fault of my car was due to the age of my car and the mistake I had made even though it was bought just over a year ago fromBMW as used and approved and I have never put windscreen wash in.

Only reason I'm not overly concerned about this as the dealership I bought the vehicle was paying for the works to the vehicle however I don't think my wife enjoyed collecting the car again, staff just pointed to the automated key box

No issues with the service provided Dropping a star as no longer providing a cleaning service, which used to be provided. Using Covid as an excuse is unacceptable, especially at how expensive bmw is in general, a clean up should be within the price

I felt welcomed. I was informed about each aspect of the service. I waited in a warm and comfortable waiting area with TV entertainment. I was given an a overview discussion by one of the advisors when the service was finished. Then shown to my car.
