MOT and Service was fine - unfortunately the garage didn't have the replacement part for the recall which means I will have to make another visit to get this fixed. Note - the recall was issued in August and the service was in October

Completely unsatisfied and unhappy, first of all there no parking area around this service centre, second think my car after the service was left unwashed with the front left window open.

Oil service was all good, bit oil was left on the inside door handle area. Also the screen wash was not topped up as well, as it low washer indicator came on shortly after driving home.

I recently gave my car in for a service with front brake pads change. WIth the bill coming in over £1k. Unfortunately on receivig the car back. There was an excessive smell and the cabin would fill with smoke. It was an oil leak that was burning. wit

Booking my appointment and checking in was easy on the app. The work carried out was great. I thought I had booked a timed slot and am unhappy that I was not made aware that this wasn't the case so my car was in all day.

Estimated time for instrument cluster replacement was 1 day but allow 2 in case coding runs over. Car delivered 9am Thursday but not ready by Friday evening. Advised work should continue on Saturday. Called, no reply. And not advised.

Diagnosis work not carried out. I was charged £180.00 to plug my car in, none of what was spoken about was done. Also left my car parked under trees all night so had bird poo all over the car when I collected it.

BMW changed my cabin filter. I drove out and and immediately found that there was a strange nose coming from the fan vents. Brought the car straight back to service dept. Spent two 2 hrs in reception. Couldn't resolve the issue. Car rebooked in.

The recall work was done promptly but the car was delivered back to me with a very obvious vibration from the fan. It appears that the fan was damaged during the recall work.

Car was given for MOT & Service and I understand that you still don't have water licence to wash but no hovering was done. Last year hover was done without being washed and £10 refunded for not washing

Awful. Car towed on 8 August (YG26WGX). Repeated calls for progress check went into a musak hold and typically held for 20 minutes, sometimes not answered at all. I learnt on 27 August that my car was fixed, but only after I chased for an update.

I had the service inclusive (brake fluid change & m'filter booked on the car when I bought it. Was also advised that the LH track rod end rubber was damaged and was quoted to £392. I declined, went home and found there was no damage, but was on RH?

I suffered serious pothole damage to two tyres, resulting in both of them requiring replacement, and wheel realignment. Group 1 in Watford, where the issue was handled by their Lee Crotty, were most helpful and efficient in dealing with the repair.

There was no link up between the online booking and the work that needed done so I had to find out on the day. After I left there was an engine warning light on and I had to return. Luckily this was sorted quickly

Not quite there as there is I think 2 tier service . If you arrange finance and everthing from the dealership they tend to negotiate. If you buy on cash they not to provide same level of service as the dealership is not benefitting from it.

The rear toe values remain outside specification and were not corrected. The vehicle still pulls to the right, could you please explain why these values were left outside target?That has a large influnce on whether wheels tracks straight.

I am disappointed with the issue that I have had about my car. My back dashcam was working perfectly when I brought the car in. However. on collecting the car, my dashcam is not working and no assistance or help has been offered by the service centre

Really poor communication. My car wasn't even washed. There was no plastic left within the vehicle to demonstrate protective coverings had been moved. Oil fingerprints left on the body of the car. Really unimpressed
