So please I've found such a great BMW garage, with such a knowledgeable and helpful people namely Nev , so yes very satisfied indeed, from my first interaction from reception to bring kept informed on the diagnostic and work needed on the car.

Service I always receive from the BMW team is always excellent. I paid more than I expected this time round but so glad I could use the voucher I had previously to bring the cost down. Thank you always making my experience wonderful!

Booked for oil service £99. Told when I got there it was £250 if I want it on the cars idrive. Wasted my day.

Always an easy process. The customer service at Odhams is exceptional. Built a good relationship with them as the service agents have a long tenure and have got to know their customers over time Aniket who looked after me this time was brilliant

I arrived to be told my appointment for my service was not on the system even though I had confirmation it was. It then took 45mins to set my car up on the system before my service could even commence.

I found the service I have received totally under whelming. For a "luxury" brand I would expect better. Never a car spare when yours is being serviced, service plan never being in "credit", so having to top it up, your car doesn't get washed

My car was taken to Group 1 by BMW assist. It needed 2 new run flats which were fitted and were well priced compared to others. Collecting the car could not have been easier with Tia being particularly helpful.

Not only was a horrible experience, 3.5 hours to change a tyre is plain incompetence.

Service fine. Poor excuse given as to why they could not clean / Valet the car afterwards. This is a tiny perk for paying the premium price for BMW servicing and this service centre chooses not to offer it.

Didn't do anything outstanding. I requested a vac and wash as it was offered to me and they didn't bother doing it - which is not the first time that's happened at a BMW garage. Not sure why you offer it if you're not going to do it.

What I requested to be done was not done to a satisfactory standard, e.g. I ordered a winter check but upon checking my coolant levels a day later, it was extremely low. Also, some of the issues I requested to be checked weren't.

My vehicle was dirty on its return, with numerous muddy marks on the passenger seat. It was clean when it left our possession so either happened at BMW Watford or with the recovery team. Either way it should not have been returned to us dirty.

The person who apologised for the delay just used the words and blamed others for overbooking. However didn't keep me informed and acted as if he was doing me a favor by knocking off the £10 cleaning when you have been doing this for years

Would have been completely satisfied if the smaller things I'd asked for had been done. health check - unsure if fluids were topped up, wipers were not checked, replaced myself a few days later for being warn. No oil top up, was incl in my check in
